Will Call / Pickup
It is possible for local customers to pick up products directly from our warehouse. Please give us 2 hours to pull your order, although we will do our best to provide immediate service. If you do not retrieve the order within 2 days, we will return the goods to our inventory.
Bay Medical Company Return Policy
We strive to properly fill every order. If an error is made or a product is damaged during shipment, we want to correct the problem.
Incorrect items or shipping errors
Contact us within 5 business days and we will replace the product at no charge.
Most products can be returned within 10 days of receipt with approval from our Customer Service group. All items must be returned unopened for a credit to your account. We cannot provide a return for a custom product. There is a restocking fee for standard items:
10% restocking fee for consumable items
20-50% restocking fee for medical devices if the manufacturer will accept returns
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom products.
