Will Call / Pickup

It is possible for local customers to pick up products directly from our warehouse. Please give us 2 hours to pull your order, although we will do our best to provide immediate service. If you do not retrieve the order within 2 days, we will return the goods to our inventory.

BMC Protect Return Policy

We strive to properly fill every order. If an error is made or a product is damaged during shipment, we want to correct the problem.

Incorrect items or shipping errors

Contact us within 5 business days and we will replace the product at no charge.

Other returns

Due to the current pandemic, all sales are final. We are not accepting returns or exchanges at this time.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom products.
